On the Radar: Cocktails and Sushi and Cocktails / by EpicDevelopments

Harvard & Highland:  The new cocktail space above Union Pig and Chicken.  In talking to owner Kevin Sousa about it, it will have the same high design that Salt and Union have been known for while Summer Voelker, from Salt of the Earth, will be delighting us incredible and innovative cocktails.  Stay tuned for an opening date.

Fukuda: High quality, high execution sushi in Bloomfield.  I was privy to sampling sushi from Matt of Fukuda this weekend at Tapped (him and partner Hoon Kim set up a brilliant pop up sushi bar) and was blown away.  Look for the space to bring clean-lined design and beautiful sushi to a new level in the East End soon!

Tender Bar and Kitchen:  Prohibition style bar and restaurant in Lawrenceville. Verde's ambitious and delicious bar program is expanding to a new location in Lawerenceville, but leaving the margarita glasses behind them.  Tender is currently under construction at 43rd and Butler St and will be serving prohibition style cocktails and small plates in a setting fit for leaded glassware beverages.  With design work from Moss Architects, the place will no doubt beautiful in its Bogart-esque design.
